MINDfULNESS

Mindfulness, Made for Real Life
For over ten years, I've been leading mindfulness groups and guiding people back to themselves. What began as my own practice grew into a calling — and today it's the heart of everything I do
.
Over the years, I've created and led mindfulness trainings across the United States and Brazil, and conducted research on how these practices genuinely improve wellbeing. I've had the privilege of working with many different communities, each with their own needs and their own strength:
-
Workplaces looking to bring more presence, balance, and wellbeing to their teams.
-
Students learning to navigate pressure with steadiness and self-compassion.
-
Faculty and educators seeking tools for their own lives and their classrooms.
-
Women rediscovering their worth and reclaiming their power.
“Mindfulness is awareness that arises through paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment, non-judgmentally.”
Jon Kabat-Zinn, Ph.D.
“Mindfulness is paying attention to present moment experience with open curiosity and a willingness to be with what is.”
Diana Winston
How I work
Mindfulness is where it begins. It brings the awareness — the quiet, honest noticing of where we are and how we're living. But awareness is only the first step. From there, the real work begins: gently changing the patterns that no longer serve us, improving how we show up each day, and building a new way of living that feels truly our own.
Every training I create is customized to the specific group in front of me. No two audiences are the same, so no two experiences should be either. And because lasting change asks for more than one tool, I bring together everything I've learned — mindfulness, self-love, coaching, and other proven techniques — into an approach that meets people where they are and helps them grow from there.
Because in the end, this work isn't about doing more. It's about becoming more fully, more kindly, more powerfully yourself.

Where to start
Full trainings are where the deepest change happens — they give us the time and continuity to truly shift patterns and build something lasting, and they can be offered both online and in person. But they're not the only way in.
Workshops and short lectures are a wonderful place to begin — a first taste of presence that plants the seed and shows a group what's possible.
Wherever you start, we start together.
